Reston Community Church is seeking a passionate and vision-oriented individual to develop and oversee the growing ministry to students and their families at RCC and the surrounding community. The Family and Student Minister will work within the mission and vision of Reston Community Church by leading a Youth Ministry aligned with our church values of gospel centrality, authentic community, passionate worship, and outreach and mission. The Family & Student Minister will lead a Biblically robust and culturally relevant student ministry aimed at discipling youth within the church, reaching youth outside the church, and equipping families to be disciple makers in their homes.
