MINISTRY TEAMS

This is the team of smiling people that greets you on Sunday and helps first time visitors find their way around. We set up the coffee station, prepare the communion, and collect connection cards from guests. We also help facilitate spiritual and Biblical connection with Christ and His church by serving and loving our family, friends, and community. We’re always looking for warm, outgoing, helpful types to join our team!

RCC shares a building with Southview Community Church, so there is some change over before the service each week to make the space feel like home for RCC. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to meet new friends at RCC this is a great place to start. We are always taking volunteers and would love to help you join our team!

Sound, lighting, video…this is the team that makes this possible! We are responsible for operating the audio and video equipment for both in-person worship and our livestream. We mix the sound for the worship band and keep the media production in sync with the service. A background in audio production is helpful, but we can also get you trained up for this important job!

RCC is blessed to have a deep bench of talented musicians that lead us in worship music each week. Our worship team members rotate leading from week to week and we are always looking to grow this team. There is an application process that helps us assess your musical ability and best fit on the team. If you have a background in music and are a passionate worshiper we'd love to help you find a place on the teams.

The Kid's Ministry at RCC provides a safe and nurturing environment for babies through 5th graders so that parents are free to participate in the main service while their children learn about the love of God. This ministry offers a variety of volunteer opportunities, including infant care, teacher assistants, and lead teachers.

All our volunteers on this team submit to a background check and undergo training to equip them to serve in this ministry. 

Our Student Ministry team is committed to serving and discipling the Middle and High School students at RCC from 6th-12th grade. This ministry offers volunteers opportunities to provide spiritual care, direction, and encouragement for students as they journey through a pivotal stage of their lives and helps them grow in an understanding of how the gospel shapes them as young adults.

All of the volunteers on this team submit to background checks and undergo training to equip them to serve in this ministry.

We are devoted to being a present and engaged body in our community. Our Community Outreach Team volunteers work hard to organize events and partner with other organizations. They provide regularly scheduled outreach events that serve our community and help bring people to the Lord in fun and practical ways. We are also responsible for organizing various social gatherings for the church throughout the year.

We are a team that seeks to embody the Gospel by providing the safest possible environment for families attending and serving at RCC. We work to help people find the appropriate space to be during our services and are the first to respond in case of any emergency. The Benevolence Team at RCC is responsible for providing tangible assistance to people within RCC and the surrounding community. This team assesses the requests for assistance and works to meet needs to the best of our ability. If you have a heart for the needy we would love for you to consider joining this team.
